Acceptance
By accessing https://netdataservices.digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Enquiry submissions through our forms are offers to begin a commercial discussion; they do not create an engagement until a signed engagement letter is in place.
Services described
Descriptions of remediation follow-up audits and related work are informational. Fees shown are guidance only. Binding scope, deliverables, and fees appear only in an engagement letter or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding are owned by Netdataservices or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written consent. You retain ownership of materials you submit through forms; you grant us a limited licence to use them to respond to your enquiry and, if engaged, to perform the work.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity or authority when requesting an engagement.
Liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
